Benchmark Title Company was established in 1997 by attorney, A. Russell Brown.  Mr. Brown has over 20 years of real estate experience in all aspects of the field.  Benchmark Title is a full-service title company with a professional staff of attorney and closing agents, specializing in deed-mortgage loan document preparation and closings.  We provide notary services and escrow accounts, and we are fully insured and bonded.  Our title insurance is exclusively written through Chicago Title Insurance Company, one of the oldest and most established title insurance companies in America.  Chicago Title keeps their agents and underwriters up-to-date on the rapidly changing world of real estate by offering continuing education courses, and seminars.

Benchmark Title Company prides itself on being able to efficiently handle any real estate transaction you may have.  We service northern middle Tennessee and southern Kentucky; in Tennessee: Macon, Sumner, Robertson, Trousdale, Smith, Davidson, Jackson, and Clay Counties; in Kentucky: Allen, Monroe, Warren, and Simpson Counties.
